Is my credit card secure?
Our credit cards are handled directly through authorize.net, one of the largest secure sites on the Internet.  Arts & Scraps never sees your charge number.

When will my kits arrive?
Your kit should arrive within 2 weeks of your order; you may choose quicker shipping methods.

How are kits packaged?
Group kits will be bulk packed; individual kits will be in clear, heat-sealed plastic bags.

Will there be instructions?
Yes, there are instructions included.  You can always call us and ask questions at 313-640-4411 x 6.

Is there a sample project?
No, there is not a sample.  There is a picture on our website if you want to refer to it.  Most projects have a base shape that is described in the instructions and each student or adult finish the idea from their thoughts.

What happens if you’re out of the quantity of kits I order?
You will receive a telephone call.
